What are the benefits of conscious coaching?
Conscious Coaching provides time and space for you to express, reflect and explore your current life and relationships safely, openly, and honestly. Through the power of active listening, mirroring your expression, and guiding you with questions, tools, and insights, Conscious Coaching nurtures and elevates an empowered sense of clarity and connection to the life you’re living. Oftentimes, simply hearing yourself expressing your thoughts and feelings out loud can create profound shifts in your self-awareness.
How many sessions do you recommend?
First, I offer a complimentary call to share why you are seeking coaching and to get a sense of how it might feel for us to work together. I believe that everyone is on a unique path and so I make an individualized recommendation for sessions after this call.
To start, I offer packages of 6. This allows time to set intentions and to holistically assess and responsively guide you towards connection with your intentions.
Sometimes clients will continue with additional packages in increments of 6 to access greater depth, support, and maintain consistency.
Sometimes clients will take time to integrate and explore the tools and exercises independently before returning for single session check-ins or ‘monthly maintenance’.
My intention is to prioritize, guide and support connection between you and yourself. By nature, this is ongoing, process-based work that evolves in real time. All of that being said, this work is not arbitrary - it is intentional and felt.
